The Sugarcane Genome Project

The goal of this project is to identify ESTs for signal transduction components in the sugarcane genome.

The SUCEST-FUN Project aims to associate function to the genes identified by the Sugarcane EST Project (SUCEST)

This Project aims to study gene expression regulation and to generate tools that will allow us to emmply a Systems Biology approach in sugarcane to identify regulatory networks
