Term of Agreement

 

To download Sugarcane Assembled Sequences (SAS) please agree to the terms and conditions below:

 

1. The SUCEST Team would appreciate learning, in due course, of any results of the research carried out with the data.

2. Any publication referring to the SUCEST SAS, or reporting the research carried out with the SUCEST SAS shall contain a reference, when appropriate, to the relevant publication describing the SAS (Vettore, A. L., da Silva, F. R., Kemper, E. L., Souza, G. M. et al. (2003) - Analysis and functional annotation of an expressed sequence tag collection for the tropical crop sugarcane. Genome Res. 13, 2725-2735) and to Instituto de Química, Universidade de São Paulo as the source of the sequences.

3. The Institute would appreciate receiving, in due cource, a copy of any relevant publications. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) at Instituto de Química - Universidade de São Paulo.

4. The Sequences and any information relating to the Sequences that may be disclosed to the Investigator by Instituto de Química are being provided to and accepted by your Institution WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The Institute and its directors, officers, employees or agents assume no liability and make no representations in connection with the Sequences or the Derivatives or the Information or their use by the Investigator or Recipient. The Recipient hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Instituto de Química and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any liability or claim arising from any use of the Sequences or the Derivatives by the Investigator.
